Light the Night update

I wanted to let you know that I will be running the auction for just @ two more weeks.  So if you are interested in any of these, don't miss your opportunity to participate.  Please forward to anyone else that you think might be interested. 

Remember this is all for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society so your donations are tax deductible.  See below for all the great items that I am offering - Happy Bidding!!!  Once you have won your item - you can go on-line to http://www.active.com/donate/ltnRaleig/2331_arielyse to donate "pay" for your item or you can write a check payable to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. 

All of these items are my/Erika's personal items or were donated specifically to me for this event as a personal favor from the Hurricanes organization.  The Bret/Chad picture has a certificate of authenticity.  Everything else that is autographed was autographed for me at either a season ticket holder party or practice.

Lite the Night Walk

    Hey fellow Caniacs - I wanted to tell you about some great Canes stuff that you could win.  Please forward this to anyone else that you know that you think might be interested!  Looking forward to next season!

    I believe we each have the power to make a difference in the world and that our power is magnified when we combine our efforts with a specific goal in mind.  I am trying to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Walk which is scheduled for Saturday Sept 13th.  This is a very personal cause for me so I have set a very high fundraising goal.  Please help me surpass that goal!

    For every $25 donation to my fundraising page - you will receive one entry into drawings for some fabulous Carolina Hurricanes prizes.  Many of these items are from my personal collection and some have been generously donated by wonderful people. You can pay securely on-line or you can mail a check (addressed to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) to me.

    You can win:

    • A Cam Ward Gift Pack featuring: a unique autographed picture, autographed puck, magnet, figurine and 2 lower level center ice seats (valued at @$200) to any regular season game during the 2008-2009 season except for Opening Night and New Years Eve.
    • A Chad LaRose and Bret Hedican Gift Pack featuring: an autographed picture of both players, individual pictures, t-shirt and 2 lower level center ice seats (valued at @ $200) to any regular season game during the 2008-2009 season except for Opening Night and New Years Eve.

Food Drive Reminder

Reminder of our Power Play for Hunger II event this Saturday April 5 at Harris Teeter at Cary Town Center starting at 8 and ending at 1  please come by and donate if you can we are also accepting donations at this Friday nights game.
