The CHBC signed Skinner jersey was won by Josh Carter after his name was drawn from raffle tickets collected during the second half of the NHL season.  The drawing took place after the second intermission of the last home game of the season for our Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday April 25th.  The Skinner jersey was presented to Josh by CHBC Board Members Kate Stewart, Mark Hall and Suzanne Hagen. All the funds the CHBC collected from the raffle for the signed Skinner jersey goes to support local charities.  Thanks to all of you who purchased raffle tickets. Congratulations Josh!

Every year since the beginning of the CHBC we have given fans the opportunity to vote for their favorite player while supporting local charities. This year the player that received the most votes was Patrick Dwyer. CHBC Co-Presidents Dawn Vittoria and Mark Hall presented the  ”Fan Favorite” plaque to Pat on Saturday April 20th at the PNC Arena.  Pat joins a growing list of fourteen previous winners who have won this annual honor.  The plaque will now go back into the Organizations showcase until next years favorite player is chosen.  Congratulations Pat.
